About me
A former Baltimore County middle school Spanish teacher, Micaela has focused her career on ensuring educational equity for all students. Along with teaching, she has worked in educational non-profits and start-ups; she also volunteers in Baltimore City schools. With Discovery Education, Micaela supports educators by providing them resources, content, and training to impact student learning. She currently lives in Baltimore with her energetic puppy, Arlo.
